Why No Diggity

At No Diggity Equine Bodywork, I believe every horse deserves to move freely, feel comfortable, and perform at their best. My mission is to provide personalized, results-driven bodywork that supports long-term soundness, mobility, and overall well-being for every horse I work with.

I, Carmen Jorns, operate No Diggity Equine Bodywork as a solo practitioner, combining hands-on expertise, formal training, and a deep understanding of equine biomechanics. I have studied under an established equine osteopath and completed professional equine massage courses, gaining advanced skills in myofascial release, soft tissue therapy, and osteopathic techniques. I continue my education through ongoing apprenticeship with experienced practitioners, as well as training with other experts, ensuring my skills remain current, effective, and aligned with best practices in equine care.

My approach is thorough, individualized, and focused on each horse’s unique needs. Every session is designed to improve comfort, enhance movement, and support peak performance, whether your horse is competing at the highest levels, in regular training, or just starting their journey under saddle. I also take the time to educate owners on what was done during each session and how it benefits their horse’s body and overall performance.

I am passionate about horses, dedicated to performance, and committed to helping each horse feel their best — one session at a time.

Session Duration

Each horse receives a comprehensive 60–120 minute session, combining hands-on bodywork with a detailed written report and a personalized consultation. This ensures a thorough assessment, targeted therapy, and clear guidance for ongoing care.

A copy of the evaluation sheet used during each session is available on our website for reference.

This service is designed to support young horses as they grow, mature, and begin their training careers. Early bodywork helps develop body awareness, balanced movement patterns, and relaxation through the body, setting the foundation for long-term soundness and confidence.

Sessions are approached with patience and intention, allowing the horse to process new sensations while encouraging softness, mobility, and proper use of their body. This work can help reduce early tension patterns that often develop during growth spurts, handling, hauling, and the introduction of tack and training.

Bodywork for young horses is not about intensity — it’s about education, trust, and creating positive associations with being handled and worked through their body.

Ideal for:

  • Young Prospects
  • Horses Starting Under Saddle
  • Horses Going Through Growth or Training Transitions
  • Horses Showing Early Signs of Tension, Stiffness, or Resistance

Benefits may include:

  • positive exposure to hands-on care

Each session is customized to the horse’s age, temperament, and stage of development, ensuring the experience is supportive, calm, and productive.

Introducing No Diggity Horse Co.

Hey! Thank you for stopping by and showing interest in No Diggity Horse Co.

I’m Carmen Jorns, founder and owner of No Diggity Horse Co., and I’m passionate about breeding, raising, and training performance Quarter Horses, as well as providing expert equine bodywork to support their health, soundness, and performance. Across all avenues of my work, my primary goal is to see each horse reach its full potential. While I’m currently focused on developing my own horses and bloodlines, I truly enjoy sharing the joy of performance horses with others and helping riders pursue their goals.

No Diggity Horse Co. originally began as CR Performance Horses LLC and has since evolved into its current form, now solely owned and operated by me. While the name has changed, the foundation of the program remains the same—quality horses, correct training, and a strong emphasis on soundness, longevity, and versatility.

I bring extensive experience starting colts, patterning barrel and pole horses, and developing solid, reliable ranch and trail horses. My training philosophy is centered on building strong foundations, creating willing and confident horses, and preparing them for success across a variety of disciplines.

In addition to training, I offer consignment services both on-site and off-site, helping owners market and place their horses appropriately. I also provide professional equine bodywork to support health, soundness, and performance, and offer lessons to help individuals and their horses strengthen their partnership and reach their fullest potential.

No Diggity Horse Co. is built on hands-on experience, passion for the horse, and a commitment to excellence. My goal is simple: to develop versatile, trustworthy horses and support horses and riders as they grow, progress, and succeed together.
